Managing Director During his professional career he has acquired knowledge and skills in the management of small businesses operating in various sectors of activity.
He has had responsibilities in various areas such as marketing, sales, business development, export sales and communication for the design and architecture sectors.
Is a dynamic sales professional with a strong background in the furniture and design sector acquired in highly competitive markets, collaborating with leading companies in the sector.
He has spent 15 of his 25 years of personal experience in the design industry in the North American market, helping Made in Italy companies open their market by working with A&D, General Contractors and Developers.

Stefano Spessotto
Design Consulting professional in the functional sector of the corporation as well as the development and definition of the corporation’s identities and products.
Thirty years of experience in the communication and product design field along with the furniture sector.
He’s particularly attentive to the creation of working groups within companies.
He’s often play a coordinator between Management, Marketing, Sales and R&D in order to refine the offer of products and / or services.

Duane Lucas

In my eighteen plus years in the Architectural and Design l industry I’ve acquired great insight into this vast and ever changing world of Interior Design.
As an interior designer I’ve always pushed myself to see where the industry can improve, demonstrating creativity in thinking and planning with a trained eye for business development and passion for design with competitive ideas.
I have strong written and verbal communication with a well developed ability to present complex information to a wide range of audiences from different backgrounds and cultures.

Enrico Cleva
Networking I am an architect and a consultant on international business development.
As a professional in building architectures, after living some time in Toronto and ten years of intensive travels in North America and globally, I am now also applying my design mindset to build business networks at international scale.
Besides practicing architecture, managing people, complexity and projects at different stages and scales, I now build international business opportunities for clients such as Fiera Milano and IDC – the Interior Designers of Canada.
Working for Canadian, American, Asian and European clients, I am expert on international relations in the design, hospitality, foodservice and F&B sectors.
As a consultant in such different areas for the exhibition industry, I have a broad personal network at the highest level with trades associations and global organizations.
I am always active in exploring out of the box strategies for clients eager to challenge new markets and new business opportunities.
I am President of the Board for the Italian Chapter of the NPO NEWH, the Hospitality Industry Network, with a proven track record of success on starting, developing and managing business networks in new environments.
I sometimes write Show reports for the magazine Canadian Interiors and I am invited as speaker on design trends and business development at events and conventions.

Sara Viarengo
creativity I am an architect, an interior designer and a design business consultant with over 10 years of international experience.
As partner and founder of a design and consulting studio, I have a strong design sensitivity and an extensive knowledge of design strategy, creative and conceptual development, finishes and material selection, project management.
Since 2011 I have been working and living between Milan and Toronto, building and strengthening a broad international networks while consulting major trade shows and associations in Canada, UK and Italy across the industries of design, hospitality, food and foodservice.
In my activities in design, architecture and international consulting, I try to blend the principles of yoga and the oriental philosophies like Vastu and Feng Shui,
with the more pragmatic guidelines of the western culture as the Well Building Standard or the research on Biophilic Design.
I strongly believe that personal well-being passes through the quality of spaces in which we live and work, and I have been focused most of my career in research and study how to apply those best practices to design and architecture.
